Lethal,

How did you get that bung in the water pump housing? How'd you tap and die that thing?! I ask because I haven't seen a tap or die set big enough to put that plug in on the righ top port and in this pic it appears to be threaded. I've got the bung w/ the allen key hole and ready to go but NO one says there is a thread maker that big. I say BS!

Thanks!

the -20 an lines are not threaded, in those pictures I just have then sit in place with a tube inside to hold them on, I ran the pump and rad to my local welding shop and had them tig weld all the fittings in place. eve, the holes where the heater core hoses and stuff were I bought NPT inserts and had them welded in place, I did try to tap the smaller ones out but the casting isnt that great to work with, I was better off just welding good fittings in there that I know arnt going to leak. I dont have any good pics off hand Ill have t otry to find some later. this is the best I can do right now that I have posted on my web page

Looks freaking awesome! I wish I had $400 dollars to spend on tires, much less "trick" rad lines!! LOL

Whoever welded those fittings onto the radiator did a HELL of a job. As most of us know aluminum is a pain to weld.... Especially that thin, and double especially that clean!
